We Buy Sterling Silver
If you have unwanted sterling silver jewelry or sterling silverware, I would love the opportunity to take a look before it goes elsewhere.
I buy sterling silver based on the current silver market (melt) value, but my process goes far beyond typical scrap buying. Instead of immediately sending everything to be melted down, I carefully sort through each piece to see what can be rescued, restored, or rehomed into my curated collection. I also rework select pieces into new, wearable heirlooms—giving them a completely new life while preserving their original character.
Many pieces that come through still hold beauty, history, and potential—and my goal is to preserve as much of that as possible.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
Vintage sterling silver jewelry
Sterling silverware (spoons, forks, knives, serving pieces)
Broken or tangled silver pieces
Single earrings or incomplete sets
Rings, chains, pendants, bracelets
Estate lots or mixed jewelry collections
Scrap sterling silver (925 stamped or tested)
If it's sterling silver, I'd love to review it.

Helpful Tips
Sterling silver is not magnetic
Tarnish is normal and often a sign of real silver
Silver-plated items may be marked EPNS, EP, IS, A1, or similar and are not solid sterling
If you're unsure, feel free to send photos—I’m happy to help identify items before you ship.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Please have a scale readily available. A total weight in grams or ounces helps me provide an accurate offer.
To keep the process efficient, I kindly ask that you only send solid sterling silver items. Please do not include silver-plated or costume jewelry. Every item is tested upon arrival. Any non-sterling items will not be included in the final offer and can be returned upon request.
LOCATION OPTIONS
If you are local to Seattle, I can meet in person for evaluations and purchases.
If you are not local, I also buy sterling silver online through photos and shipping.
MY PROCESS
You send photos of your items
You include total weight of the silver
I review everything and make an offer based on current silver market value
You may choose to sell the entire lot or select pieces
Once accepted, you ship your items with tracking
I inspect, test, and verify all silver upon arrival
I personally sort through everything to identify pieces worth saving or reworking
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
All offers are based on photos, weight, and information provided before shipping and are subject to final verification once your items arrive.
After inspection, I will confirm sterling silver content and weight, then promptly send payment for the agreed amount.
If items differ significantly from the original description (such as plated or non-sterling pieces), I will contact you before proceeding. You may accept an updated offer or request the items be returned.
All shipments must include tracking. Insurance is recommended for higher-value lots.
WHY SELL TO ME?
Most scrap buyers weigh everything and melt it down immediately.
When you sell to me, your silver gets a second chance first.
I take the time to:
Rescue wearable vintage pieces
Rehome unique or collectible items
Rework select pieces into new heirlooms
Preserve history whenever possible
Nothing is rushed, and nothing is wasted without being looked at first.
LET’S SAVE WHAT WE CAN
Don’t let your sterling silver be melted down without a second look.
Let me go through it first—I may be able to find pieces worth saving, rework them into something new, and give them a second life in someone else’s collection.
Everybody wins—you receive fair value based on the silver market, and I get the opportunity to preserve, rework, and rehome pieces that still have a story to tell.
